Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare riced cauliflower according to package instructions. Remove from heat, cover and hold warm.
Step 3
Prepare Fiesta blend according to package instructions. Allow to cool to room temperature. Stir in tomatoes, jalapeños, and cilantro. Hold for service.
Step 4
For each portion; place 6 oz. riced cauliflower into a serving dish. Top with 2 oz. Fiesta blend mixture, 2 oz. guacamole, and 4 oz. prepared carne asada. Garnish with 2 lime wedges.
