Caramelized Onion Hummus

Top prepared hummus with caramelized onions, fresh thyme, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve it with a veggie tray or charcuterie board. It's simple, elevated, and delicious.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare caramelized onions according to package instructions. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Place hummus in a food processor and add 20 oz. of the prepared caramelized onions, reserving the remainder for garnish. Process until smooth. Add in the thyme and cumin and process again until well combined.
Step 3
For each portion, place 8 oz. of hummus in serving dish. Garnish with 1 oz. remaining caramelized onion, a sprinkle of paprika, and a light drizzle of olive oil. Serve with your choice of accompaniments.
