Why settle for an ordinary club sandwich when you can make this one? Stack up perfectly toasted sourdough with deli meat, caramelized onions, dill pickle avocado spread and two kinds of cheese.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado spread according to package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare caramelized onions according to package instructions.
Step 3
Spread 1 Tbsp. butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread 1 oz. avocado spread on the unbuttered side of each slice of bread.
Step 4
For each sandwich, on a medium hot griddle place 1 slice of bread, buttered side down. Top with 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 3 slices of turkey, 3 slices of ham, 2 oz. caramelized onions, and 2 oz. brie cheese. Place second bread slice on top, buttered side up. Cook, flipping once, until both sides of sandwich are golden brown and cheese has melted.
