Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a bowl of food processor, place mayonnaise, Parmesan, Dijon, garlic, anchovy paste, and pepper. Process until combined, about 10 seconds. With motor running, add half-and-half in steady stream and process until combined.
