Need a lunch offering that is both flavorful and fast? This wrap does the trick! With roasted vegetables, goat cheese, avocado and hummus—served up with crispy sea salt chips and a baklava treat.

Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Avocado Pulp, Frozen 12/1lb 1 lb. 1 bag
Simplot Select Recipe® Fries: Sea Salt Chips, Skin On 1/8" 1 lb.
Whole wheat wrap, 10-inch 25 oz. 10 each
Hummus, prepared 15 oz.
Goat cheese, crumbles 5 oz.
Baklava, prepared, individually wrapped 10 each
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw vegetable blend and avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare chips according to package instructions, season and cool. Portion 1 1/2 oz. into box.
Step 3
For each serving; place a wrap on a clean surface. Spread 1 1/2 oz. avocado pulp and 1 1/4 oz. hummus evenly over the wrap. Top with 4 oz. vegetable blend and 1/2 oz. goat cheese, leaving more than half of the wrap free on the top and a couple inches free on each side. Fold in ends and roll into a burrito. Wrap in paper and cut in half. Place in box with portioned chips and baklava.
