You’ve never thought about pairing whole blueberries and grated ginger in a hot beverage? This mocktail will have you rethinking. With green tea, non-alcoholic whiskey and fresh mint, it’s a welcome addition to any seasonal menu.
Preparation Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle 1 Tbsp. (1/2 oz.) blueberries and ginger. Add green tea bag and 8 fl. oz. of water. Steep for 3 minutes. In a hot toddy glass, add 2 fl. oz. whiskey and pomegranate molasses and about 1 Tbsp. blueberries. Strain hot tea mixture into glass. Garnish with mint.
