Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 400°F.
Step 2
For each pizza, spread 2 fl. oz. barbecue sauce on a par-baked crust. Top with 1 oz. mozzarella, 1 oz. cooked bacon, 3 oz. chicken, 2.5 oz. corn, 2 oz. onions, and 1.5 oz. cherry tomato halves. Bake in a 400°F convection oven 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro.
