And no wonder: 80% of consumers identify whole grains as healthy. This grain bowl is inspired by the hugely popular Vietnamese sandwich, the Bahn Mi.

Ingredients:
13 oz Carrots, shredded
13 oz Cucumber, English, thinly sliced
13 oz Daikon, shredded
13 oz Radishes, sliced
13 oz Red bell pepper, cut into rings
40 oz Simplot Good Grains™: Red Quinoa 6/2.5lb
26 oz Sriracha mayonnaise
26 oz Turkey, ground, cooked
13 oz Yellow bell pepper, cut into rings
Preparation Instructions:
Prepare red quinoa according to directions, place 3 oz of red quinoa into a bowl and build an arrangement of meat and vegetables in the bowl by adding 2 oz of ground turkey, 1 oz each of carrots, sliced radish, shredded daikon, cucumbers, red and yellow pepper rings. Place 2 fl oz of Sriracha dressing on the side.
