Radishes, sliced 13 oz.
Daikon, shredded 13 oz.

Red bell pepper, cut into rings 13 oz.
Yellow bell pepper, cut into rings 13 oz.
Sriracha mayonnaise 26 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare red quinoa according to package instructions.
Step 2
Place 3 oz. of red quinoa into a bowl and build an arrangement of meat and vegetables in the bowl by adding 2 oz. of ground turkey, 1 oz. each of carrots, sliced radish, shredded daikon, cucumbers, and red and yellow pepper rings. Place 2 fl. oz. of Sriracha mayonnaise dressing on the side.
