Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Diced Avocado, Frozen 12/2lb 16 oz.
Mozzarella, fresh, Perlini sized (1/2") 16 oz.
Cherry tomatoes, tri-colored, halved 20 oz.
Balsamic glaze 2 fl. oz.
Olive oil 5 fl. oz.
Celery salt 1 tsp.
Kosher salt 1 tsp.
Basil, fresh, chiffonade 1 cup
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Gently fold together to evenly coat with dressing and seasonings. Hold chilled for 30 minutes before serving for avocado to thaw.
