This incredibly versatile dip is fantastic on sandwiches, wraps, or garlic bread—it also pairs perfectly with a veggie or french fry platter. We think it'd be tasty on pretty much anything!

Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Avocado Pulp, Frozen 12/1lb 16 oz.
Cream cheese, softened 10 oz.
Parmesan cheese, grated 5 oz.
Water 4 fl. oz.
Lemon juice 1 fl. oz.
Jalapeño, minced 1 each
Olive oil 2 1/2 fl. oz.
Salt 1 tsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Combine the avocado, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, water, lemon juice and jalapeño in a blender or food processor. Pulse until well combined and smooth. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while processing until thoroughly incorporated. Season with salt.
