Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 300˚F.
Step 2
Place brownie mix, avocado pulp, and hot water in a mixer bowl. Using paddle, mix on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds more. Pour batter onto a lined half-sheet pan.
Step 3
Bake in a 300˚F convection oven for 30 minutes until edges show signs of dryness. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 48 2-inch pieces.
