This delicious collection of Asian-inspired appetizers and house-made sauces offers a little something for everyone. Serve it family-style on a platter or box it up as a meal kit for your takeout and catering menus.

Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce:
Ingredient Weight Measure
Sugar 1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.
Water, hot 3 Tbsp.
Soy sauce, reduced-sodium 3.5 fl. oz. 1/3 cup
Rice vinegar 1 Tbsp.
Chili oil 1 Tbsp.
Garlic, fresh, minced 1 Tbsp.
Sesame seeds, toasted 1 Tbsp.
Sesame oil 1/2 Tbsp.

Togarashi 1 1/2 Tbsp.
Pot stickers, manufactured, chicken 2 lbs. 30 each
Chicken wings, Asian-style, prepared 3 1/2 lbs. Approx. 33 wings
Sticky Asian wing sauce 12 fl. oz.
Green onions, cut on the bias 1 oz. 1/4 cup
Riced Cauliflower Fried Rice, prepared (see recipe) 26 oz. 4 1/2 cups
Avocado Wasabi Sauce, prepared (see recipe) 8 oz. 1 cup
Simplot Good Grains™: Thai Style Red Quinoa & Vegetable Blend 6/2.5lb 1 lb. 1/2 bag
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
In medium bowl, whisk together sugar, water, soy, vinegar, chili oil, garlic, sesame seeds and oil. Transfer to disposable or serving container. Serve with potstickers.
Step 2
Prepare edamame according to the package instructions. Once prepared, toss with Togarashi to coat.
Step 3
Prepare Riced Cauliflower Fried Rice, see recipe here. Prepare Avocado Wasabi Sauce, see recipe here.
Step 4
To assemble catering board or box, arrange the following items for service. Begin by placing pot stickers and dipping sauce, prepared chicken wings tossed with sticky sauce and garnished with green onions, 26 oz. Cauliflower Fried Rice, 1 cup Avocado Wasabi Sauce and prepared Thai Grain Blend in to-go containers or serve ware.
