Vegetable Chili Walking Taco

20 oz Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocado: Original Guacamole, Fresh 12/1lb
40 oz Simplot Grains/Roastworks Vegetables Vegetable Chili
10 count Fritos or Doritos chips, individual 2 oz. bag portions
10 oz Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
5 oz Salsa or fresh pico de gallo
10 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
5 oz Sour cream (thinned with a small amount of water)
10 tbsp Green onions, sliced
Preparation Instructions:
• Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
• Make a Vegetable Chili utilizing Simplot Grains and Simplot Roastworks items.
• Cut bag of chips 1/3 the way across with scissors. Pour 4 oz Vegetable Chili over chips.
• Top with 1 oz shredded cheese, 1/2 oz salsa or pico de gallo and 1 Tbsp cilantro.
• Top with 2 oz guacamole and 1/2 oz sour cream. Garnish with 1 Tbsp green onions. Serve.
