Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
Cut bread into cubes. Place evenly in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle in Mediterranean blend, peppers and onions, and shredded cheese. Pour eggs over the top.
Step 3
Bake at 350°F in a conventional oven for 35-45 minutes or until eggs are cooked thoroughly. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
Step 4
To serve; garnish with chopped parsley. Slice in squares or other shapes you desire.
