Crispy french fries drizzled to order with a rich garlic butter and dusted with grated parmesan.

Ingredients:
Step 1 (Garlic Butter)
4 oz Butter
4 oz Garlic, chopped
4 fl oz Olive oil
1 tbsp Salt
Step 2 (Fries)
11 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
11 tbsp Parsley, fresh, finely minced
5 lb Simplot Classic® Fries: Premium Straight Cut Fries 3/8"
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1 (Garlic Butter)
Combine the butter, olive oil, garlic and salt in a small shallow skillet and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring to melt the butter and mellow the garlic.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bain-marie until needed for service.
Step 2:
Prepare 10 oz. of the Simplot fries according to the package directions. Remove from the fryer and drain them briefly.
Transfer the fries to a warm stainless steel bowl, drizzle with a 1 oz. ladle of garlic butter, add 1 tbsp. of parmesan cheese and 2 tsp. of parsley. Toss to coat and transfer to a serving boat.
