Ingredients

20 frozen I&J Crispy Battered Goldband Snapper Fillets
20 flour tortillas, charred, for serving
750g finely shredded red cabbage
750g finely shredded cos lettuce
50g chopped spring onions
30g coriander leaves
Lime and oil based dressing
Chipotle aioli, for serving

Instructions:

Step 1

Cook frozen I&J Fish following packet directions.

Step 2

Combine cabbage, lettuce, spring onions, coriander and drizzle with dressing.

Step 3

Serve fish in tortillas with slaw. Drizzle with chipotle aioli.
