    Lightly grease a shallow baking tray with vegetable oil spray. Place falafels on tray and cook for 6 minutes.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium heat, pan fry frozen falafels for 2½ - 3 minutes, turning regularly. Remove from pan and place on absorbent paper.
