Using cauliflower rice as a base, turns this Middle Eastern classic dish into a veg-packed, carb free salad!
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen Edgell Cauliflower Rice following packet directions. Remove excess moisture from veggie rice and cool.
2. Combine tomato, herbs and onion with veggie rice. Stir through oil and lemon juice. Season to taste.
3. Cook I&J Falafel following packet directions. Serve tabbouleh with falafels and hummus.
