A delicious combination of quinoa, pepitas, almonds, Edgell Chickpeas and I&J Falafel. The perfect dine in or takeaway salad.
Instructions:
1. Cook quinoa, drain and cool.
2. Cook frozen I&J Falafel following packet directions.
3. Cut tortillas into triangles and deep fry until golden. Toss with dukkah. Reserve 10 triangles for garnish and break remaining into bite-size pieces.
4. Combine all ingredients apart from reserved tortilla. Serve garnished with tortilla triangle.
