FOOD SAFETY STATEMENT: COOK FROM FROZEN. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION.
Steamer
- 4 minutes
- 100°C
- Place frozen carrots in a single layer onto a perforated tray and steam for 4 minutes or until tender.
Stove Top / Sauté
- 1½ minutes
- 100°C
- Add 200g of frozen carrots to boiling water and return to boil. Simmer for 1½ minutes or until tender.
Microwave
- 3 minutes
- High
- Place 200g of frozen carrots into a microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
