Cauli Rice Topped Cottage Pie

A quick and delicious savoury beef mix, topped with a cheesy mashed cauliflower topping.
Instructions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic. Add mince and brown. Add Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, stock and Leggo’s Crushed Tomatoes.
2. Simmer until reduced by half. Sprinkle over flour, stir into the sauce and simmer until thickened. Stir through frozen Edgell Peas and frozen Edgell Carrots. Spread over base of baking dish.
3. Cook frozen Edgell Cauliflower Rice following packet directions. Stir in cheese, season to taste. Spoon over beef mixture and bake until golden.
