The new TopSail® Barra Burger is set to redefine the fish burger experience. Handcrafted to perfection and bursting with flavour, the burger is made from ASC-certified Barramundi fillets, containing 92 per cent fish – pure, delicious, and responsibly sourced.

This isn’t just any burger; it’s a gourmet sensation that recently clinched the ASC Best Responsible New Seafood Product award.

In a busy kitchen, every second counts. The TopSail® Barra Burger comes pre-portioned and ready to cook, allowing you to serve up gourmet meals in a flash. Each 100g burger is individually quick frozen and vacuum packed in sets of six, ensuring easy portion control and minimal waste. They look great and taste better, no matter if you prefer to deep fry, oven bake, pan fry, or grill.

Whilst they are fabulous as a classic fish burger, you can dress Barra Burgers up with a gourmet twist, or make them the foundation for a delicious fish taco or panini.

Barramundi Slaw Burger

Yield: 10 Servings

Asian slaw and sriracha mayonnaise are the perfect pairings to these TopSail® Barramundi Burgers.

Ingredients

  • 10 100g frozen TopSail® Barra Burger

  • 10 brioche buns, toasted

  • 300g sriracha mayonnaise

  • 700g coleslaw

  • 1kg frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Chips, cooked following packet directions

Instructions

  • Cook frozen TopSail® Barra Burger following packet directions.

  • Spread bun bases with sriracha mayonnaise, top with remaining ingredients.

  • Serve with Edgell Sweet Potato Chips and a side salad, of choice.
