Chicken Avocado Wrap with Peanut Sauce
Post-workout meals don’t have to be boring when you make this delicious, satisfying wrap. It’s high in protein and low in carbs, too!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine chicken, red onion, jalapeño pepper, avocado pulp, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.
Step 3
To assemble, place some romance lettuce on top of the tortilla wrap. Then, evenly spread the avocado-chicken mixture. Carefully roll the wrap and cut it in half.
Step 4
To make the peanut dipping sauce, combine all the ingredients together to a smooth consistency. Dip your chicken wrap and enjoy!
