Avocado Peppermint Bark
Minty, chocolatey, and just melts in your mouth. Make these super easy treats, you won’t regret it!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw Simplot Harvest Fresh Avocados: Avocado Pulp according to package instructions. Set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan, place chocolate chips and butter. Melt them over boiling water. Spread evenly onto a lined baking tray and set in the freezer for about 20 minutes or until solid.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt white chocolate using the same method in Step 1.
Step 4
Combine avocado, white chocolate, banana, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Spread the mixture on top of the frozen dark chocolate. Sprinkle nuts and crushed candy cane generously. Set in the freezer for another 20 minutes or until completely solid.
Step 5
Once set, break the bark into smaller pieces. Keep in the freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!
