Chicken Avocado Pizza
Juicy, tender chicken blanketed in rich tomato sauce, and topped with the goodness of Simplot’s Avocado. Homemade pizza can’t get any better than this!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 230˚c.
Step 3
To make the pizza crust: Using the S blade, pulse dry ingredients in a food processor. Add water and olive oil and mix on low for 40 seconds until a shaggy ball forms. Sprinkle your worktop with flour and knead your dough into a firm ball. Roll out into 30cm round and place on a baking tray.
Step 4
Massage salt and cayenne pepper into your chicken pieces and cook them in a pan. Then, shred them.
Step 5
Now, top your pizza dough: Spread tomato sauce evenly and arrange chicken pieces. Generously top them off with cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes or until sides are browned and cheese is melted. Cool for 3 minutes, then top off with generous dollops of avocado pulp. Enjoy!
