A Mediterranean-inspired tuna casserole with grilled vegetable and topped with crunchy, golden potato gems.
Instructions:
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic. Add chilli and Leggo’s Sauce. Simmer 20 minutes.
Step 2
Fold in grilled vegetables and John West Tuna. Pour into half gastronorm. Arrange frozen Edgell Gems to cover.
Step 3
Bake until gems are golden brown and crunchy.
