Ingredients

  • 2kg frozen Edgell Potato Gems

  • 5-Octg Ebi fumi furikake

  • 5-Octg bonito flakes

  • 100ml Kewpie mayonnaise

  • 100ml tonkatsu sauce

  • 25g sliced spring onions

Instructions:

Step 1

Cook frozen Edgell Potato Gems following packet directions.

Step 2

Sprinkle with furikake and bonito flakes.

Step 3

Drizzle with mayonnaise and tonkatsu and garnish with spring onions.
