Breakfast Bacon Taco

Did someone say bacon taco?
Instructions:
Step 1
Slice streaky bacon lengthwise and interweave. Cut into a circle.
Step 2
Cook bacon in a commercial fan forced oven at 150°C between two baking trays for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place bacon over a mould to create the taco shape and allow to harden.
Step 4
Combine Edgell Black Beans, Edgell Corn Kernels, tomato, onion, lime juice and oil. Set aside.
Step 5
Whisk eggs and mix with cream. Scramble.
Step 6
Cook frozen Edgell Hashbrown Triangles following packet directions.
Step 7
Place scrambled egg in tacos and top with salsa. Serve with hashbrowns.
