8 Cooking Hacks You Just Can't Miss

There is no need to feel frustrated or resort to expensive and unhealthy prepackaged foods when you follow these simple, time-saving cooking hacks!
#1 To separate egg yolks from egg whites, grab an empty water bottle. Flip it upside down, gently squeeze it, and then put the opening over the yolk. Release the bottle, and the yolk will go inside, leaving the egg whites behind. Save the yolks for later—perfect for tasty egg sandwiches!
#2 Make peeling hard-boiled eggs easier! When boiling, add baking soda or vinegar to the water. Once they’re cooled, shake the eggs in an empty bowl or pan to crack the shells off.
#3 Do you know that you can use a stand mixer or hand mixer to shred chicken? It's faster and much easier. Shred it while it's still warm, make a bunch, and freeze it in meal-sized portions to make your life more convenient.
#4 Soak your chicken in salted water before cooking to keep it juicy and enhance the flavor. Say goodbye to bland, dry meat!
#5 Make your crispy taco shells by placing your tortillas over two grates with a gap between them. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
#6 Don’t throw away spices that are no longer flavorful, revitalize them! Heat an appropriate amount of the old spice in a pan over medium heat, stirring until they emit a pleasant aroma. Cook for 1 to 3 minutes and pop them back in the container.
#7 Bake your meatballs on a cooking rack. All the excess grease will drip down into the pan, leaving your meatballs caramelized on all sides.
#8 Roast your frozen broccoli without thawing. Cook it at a high temperature of around 230C for an even crispier texture.
