Buffalo Chicken Loaded Sidewinders

A sweet and spicy sauce, bacon, shredded chicken and melted cheese smothered over the ultimate chips for loading - sidewinders!
Instructions:
1. Combine butter, chilli sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a saucepan, bring to the boil. Leave to cool.
2. Cook bacon until crisp.
3. Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.
4. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce and half the spring onions. Pour over chips and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and golden.
5. Sprinkle over bacon and remaining spring onions.
