Mix up the classic fish and chips with this different take using Edgell wedges, sweet potato, pumpkin, zucchini and wedges.
Instructions:
1. Combine frozen Edgell Wedges and remaining vegetables, drizzle with oil, season and roast until golden.
2. Cook frozen Captain’s Catch Fish following packet directions. Serve with cooked vegetables, tartare sauce and lemon. Sprinkle with parsley.
