Preparation Instructions:
For the Salmon
Put the salmon cubes in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Assembly
Using a metal cooking ring, add the Simplot Avocado Pulp as the base, then add the seasoned salmon, press lightly and remove the ring. Decorate with the sea urchin roe and serve with the toasted bread.
