Preparation Instructions:
For the Swiss-Style Sauce
Boil the tomatoes, chili, garlic and onion until cooked. Blend the cooked ingredients and strain. Fry lightly in a pan with a little oil. Blend the cream cheese, cilantro and whipping cream together until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Assembly
Spread the Swiss-Style Sauce in the base of the dish for plating. Arrange the Conquest Delivery+ Fries. Coat with a little Swiss-style sauce and top with the Manchego cheese. Cook au gratin. Add the chicken, sour cream and arrange the onion rings.
