Potatoes with Beef and Guacamole

For the Simplot Guacamole

Mix the regular Simplot Avocado Pulp with the Chunky Avocado Pulp and the rest of the ingredients. Season with lemon juice and salt, then set aside.

Assembly

Lay a base of Conquest Delivery+ Fries. Add the beef strips and Oaxaca cheese, melt the cheese. Add the Simplot Guacamole and bacon strips.
