Mezcal and Avocado Cocktail

For the Serrano Chili Rum

Blend all ingredients together, strain and set aside.

For the Avocado Mixture

Blend the Simplot Avocado Pulp with sugar and vinegar, then set aside.

Assembly

Put all ingredients into a shaker with the desired amount of ice, shake and serve.
