Tikka Masala & Bhaji Burger

Plant based burgers marinated in tikka masala sauce with a crunchy bhaji in a burger!
Instructions:
Step 1
Marinate Edgell Plant Based Burgers in tikka masala sauce.
Step 2
Place all bhaji ingredients into a large bowl (except the water) and combine.
Step 3
Add half the water and mix into a batter like texture, adding more water as required. Mixture should be quite thick.
Step 4
Using two spoons make a quenelle shape and gently place into a deep fryer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Panfry burgers until cooked.
Step 6
Assemble buns with lettuce, burgers bhaji, raita and serve with Edgell Sweet Potato Chips.
