A classic! Crisp cheesy chips, spicy chilli, topped with sour cream and guacamole, fresh herbs and lime.

Ingredients:

2kg frozen Edgell®: Edgell® SIDEWINDERS® Chips with BENT ARM ALE™ beer batter, Skin On
200g frozen Edgell®: Chopped Onion
1.5kg lean beef mince
100g Mexican seasoning
500g Leggo's®: Crushed Tomatoes
400g drained Edgell®: Red Kidney Beans
500g shredded tasty cheese
Sour cream, thawed Edgell®: Guacamole, fresh coriander and lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.

2. Sauté frozen Edgell Chopped Onion, add mince and seasoning. Cook until browned.

3. Add Leggo's Crushed Tomatoes. Simmer to a saucy consistency. Stir through Edgell Red Kidney Beans.

4. Top chips with shredded cheese. Serve with chilli beef, sour cream, Edgell Guacamole, coriander and lime wedges.
