A combination of rich creamy mayonnaise with the fiery heat of sriracha, creating a flavourful, spicy dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

2 kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice
250g Japanese-style mayonnaise
10ml sesame oil
60ml sriracha sauce

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell chips following packet directions.

2. Combine mayonnaise and oil together until combined. Stir through sriracha sauce to create a swirl. Serve with chips.
