Open Salt Bush Kangaroo Steak Sandwich With Bush Tomato Relish

Instructions:
Step 1
Sauté Edgell Onion in oil and butter for 15 minutes. Add sugar and cook for a further 30 minutes until caramelised.
Step 2
Warm panini rolls.
Step 3
Mix relish with ground bush tomato. Set aside.
Step 4
Season kangaroo minute steak with Old Man Saltbush and sear 1 minute each side.
Step 5
Slice panini lengthways. Using one half per serve, spread panini with relish, top with rocket, cheese, kangaroo steak and caramelised onion. Serve with cooked Edgell Chips.
