Instructions:
Step 1
Cook frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges following packet directions. Sprinkle over ¾ dukkah, toss to combine.
Step 2
Spread hummus on serving plate, sprinkle with pomegranate arils, pine nuts and remaining dukkah.
Step 3
Arrange Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges on the side. Serve scattered with mint leaves and drizzled with olive oil.
