A zesty, herb sauce with a little kick from the chilli.

Ingredients:

2 kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice
10g sliced spring onion
20g chopped fresh jalapeno chilli
30g garlic
125ml red wine vinegar
15g fresh coriander
8g fresh oregano
8g fresh parsley
100ml olive oil

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell chips following packet directions.

2. Process remaining ingredients until a coarse sauce is achieved. Serve with chips.
