Instructions:
1. Melt butter and Sauté frozen Edgell Onion, garlic, frozen Edgell Carrots and capsicum.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil. Simmer until carrots and beans are soft and a saucy consistency is achieved.
Serving Suggestion
For added protein and calcium serve with toast and melted cheese.
