Steamed Avocado Bao Buns

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Steam bao buns for 10 minutes, or until they puff up. Remove and let them cool on a rack.
Step 3
Meanwhile, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and green onions. Cook the eggs on low heat for 1-2 minutes on a round non-stick pan. Cook in 4 batches.
Step 4
To assemble, fold the egg inside the bao bun. Add avocado slices and top with bean sprouts and sriracha sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately. Enjoy!
