Christmas Guacamole Wreath

Love guacamole and the festive season like we do? Impress your guests with this Christmas version of guac! It adds a fancy flair to your dinner spread and tastes just amazing with your appetizers.

Ingredient	Weight	Measure
Simplot Harvest Fresh Avocados: Avocado Pulp, Frozen	800 grams
Onion, finely chopped	80 grams
Jalapeño pepper, fresh, finely chopped		1 each
Cilantro, finely chopped	40 grams
Tomato, chopped	100 grams
Lime juice		2 Tbsp.
Salt		to taste

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions and set aside.

Step 2

In a food processor, whizz avocado with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and mix tomato, cilantro, garlic, onion, and pepper.

Step 3

To assemble, place a small bowl upside down on a flat, round serving dish. Scoop the guacamole mixture around the bowl. Spread the top evenly and carefully lift the bowl off the dish. Decorate the wreath with fresh cherry tomatoes and parsley if desired.

Step 4

Serve fresh with toasted sourdough, corn chips, or Simplot fries.
