Avocado Mochi Bites

Chewy, sweet, and so rich with the irresistible taste of avocados! These baked mochi squares are soft and marshmallowy on the inside, and slightly crispy on the top.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions. Set aside. Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Add in avocado pulp and egg. Stir until the mixture is incorporated and becomes smooth in texture.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a well-greased cake pan or loaf pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
Cool on a wire rack and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
