Salted Egg Coated Fries

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 150˚C and bake salted egg yolks on a baking tray for 10 minutes. Take them out and mash them into smaller pieces, and bake for another 5 minutes until they are fully cooked.
Step 2
In a food processor, transfer cooled egg yolks and combine them with milk powder. Blend until the mixture is fine as possible. Bake the powder again with the door slightly open for another 20 minutes until dry.
Step 3
While the powder is baking, prepare Simplot fries according to package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
Step 4
In a large mixing bowl, toss warm fries and salted egg yolk powder together until they are fully coated.
Step 5
Serve warm and fresh. Enjoy!
