Pad Thai Lattice Fries
Crispy tofu, green onion, bean sprouts and roasted peanuts layered over Simplot Lattice Fries, and topped with savoury Pad Thai sauce.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Deep fry tofu cubes until crispy. Drain. Reserve at room temperature for service.
Step 2
For each portion; prepare 220 grams fries according to package instructions. Transfer to a serving container. Top with tofu. Drizzle with 56 grams Pad Thai sauce. Garnish with edamame, green onion, bean sprouts, sprigs cilantro, peanuts, and a lime wedge.
