Korean Bulgogi Fries

Crispy, spicy, sour, and incredibly flavor-explosive!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
To prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, combine the pear, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Mix well and add the beef strips. Mix again until fully coated, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Step 2
Prepare the spicy aioli by combining all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Preheat a skillet on medium-high heat. Add cooking oil and cook the beef strips until fully cooked in a large serving dish.
Step 4
Prepare the fries according to package instructions.
Step 5
To assemble, top the fries with cheese, bulgogi, green onion, and spicy aioli. Serve while piping hot. Enjoy!
