French Fries Tacos
French fries with a Mexican twist.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and massage into steak. Leave to marinade for an hour.
Step 3
Prepare the toppings. Mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Step 4
Grill the steak on a grill or a cast iron pan, about 6 minutes per side, for a medium-done finish. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
Step 5
Prepare Simplot fries according to package instructions.
Step 6
To prepare the taco shells; layer with fries, place the steak strips, then finish them off with the toppings. Enjoy!
