Filipino Avocado Sago Jelly
A refreshing play of creamy avocados, sweet coconut milk, and chewy sago pearls.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions. Set aside.
Step 2
In a blender or food processor, combine avocados and condensed milk. Blend into a smooth puree consistency.
Step 3
In a large serving bowl, place the avocado purée, sago balls, and nata de coco. Pour over the coconut milk. Refrigerate for about 1 hour to chill.
Step 4
To serve, gently stir to distribute the toppings. Enjoy!
